Robert Audette

Prior to the merger, Robert served as Vice President of Vanguard Title Agency, Inc. Robert began his 36 year career in March 1973 as a Title Examiner Trainee with Title Guaranty (later known at TICOR) and quickly rose to Senior Title Examiner. From 1974 through 1976, Robert worked for First American Title Insurance Company playing a role in establishing its presence in New York. Robert worked mostly as an independent title examiner and consultant from 1976 through 1993 and established his expertise in commercial transactions, claims litigation, street titles, boundary line and right-of-way disputes. During that time, he has appeared in court as an expert witness on numerous occassions. In 1994, Robert joined a Manhattan based title agency as Vice President where he managed title operations and became integrally involved with advising clients in structuring transactions.
In February 2005, Robert joined Vanguard Title Agency, Inc. as Vice President where he played an intergral role in growing Vanguard into a leading Manhattan title insurance agency insuring properties for tens of billions of dollars.
